At Beyondaily, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of the health, wellness, beauty, and dietary supplement products we sell, all refund and replacement requests are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only available if:

• You received an incorrect item.
• The product arrived damaged or defective upon delivery.

All claims are subject to verification before a refund or replacement is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, health, and product safety considerations, Beyondaily does not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for dietary supplements, wellness products, beauty supplements, or other ingestible products once they have been delivered, unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival.

Products that have been opened, used, consumed, or where the original packaging or safety seal has been broken are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To facilitate our investigation, customers are required to provide:

• A continuous and unedited unboxing video recorded from before opening the parcel until all contents have been fully unpacked.
• Clear photographs of the shipping label, outer packaging, inner packaging, and the affected product(s).

Claims submitted without the required supporting evidence may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or compensation.

Refund Process

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the outcome.

Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Right to Refuse

Beyondaily reserves the right to refuse any refund, replacement, or compensation request where the requirements set out in this Refund Policy have not been met or where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of our return process.
