Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

Beyondaily currently ships to the following destinations:

  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

We may expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is approximately 7 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination and selected shipping method.

Customs & Duties

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, all applicable taxes are included in the purchase price.

Customers generally will not be required to pay additional import taxes or duties upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are generally unable to modify the shipping address or recall the shipment.

Beyondaily is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed by the shipping carrier to be lost during transit, Beyondaily will work with the shipping provider to investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

If tracking information indicates that a parcel has been successfully delivered but the recipient reports that it was not received, Beyondaily may request additional information and complete an investigation before determining the appropriate resolution.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to customs inspections, courier operations, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
